have you been to osteria in falmouth? it's a fave of mine! also think you'd love the raw bar in mashpee it is quintessential cape imo, we should meet up there when i'm down!!

Winslow Tavern in Wellfleet might be a bit far for you, but it's one of my favorites on the Cape!
